This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and digital products provided by Untitled Product, LLC (“Untitled Product”, “we”, “us”).
Some of our digital products are offered on a subscription basis or as one-time digital purchases.
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, all digital product purchases are non-refundable by default.
Refunds will only be issued if required by applicable law or explicitly agreed to in writing by Untitled Product, LLC.
Payments made for professional services, including but not limited to product design, UX/UI design, software development, and consultancy services, are non-refundable by default.
Refunds, cancellations, or termination conditions related to professional services are governed exclusively by the specific written agreement or contract entered into with the client.
Where such an agreement exists, its terms shall prevail over this policy.
Certain clients may be subject to custom agreements containing specific refund, cancellation, or termination provisions.
In all cases, the terms of the applicable client agreement shall take precedence over this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension or termination, where permitted by law.
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
